Transparency

Informed decisions, for a harmonious community.

Transparency is not optional in co-ownership management — it is a right. The law of 16 May 1975 clearly defines co-owners' right to access information and documents relating to their building. Our experience has shown that a well-informed community makes better decisions, resolves disagreements more calmly and builds lasting trust. Our objective is therefore to make this right effective in daily practice: accessible documents, understandable decisions and legible accounts for all those who have a legitimate need to consult them.

Documents that are easy to find

Minutes, contracts, invoices, surveys and important correspondence must be filed and retrievable. A useful document is worthless if it cannot be found when it is needed. A clear filing structure, consistent naming and a stable classification logic save time and prevent unnecessary disputes.

Clear and traceable decisions

A decision must be legible: what was voted, why, who is involved, and what the next step is. When a matter is discussed, the context is preserved and the conclusion is recorded. This clarity protects the co-ownership, makes follow-up easier and avoids reopening the same subjects at every meeting.

Proper accounts and financial clarity

Account management must allow for straightforward understanding: expenses, income, funds, works accounts and overall position. Figures must be verifiable and explained, with clear descriptions and consistent breakdowns. The objective is for every co-owner to be able to ask informed questions, spot an anomaly and quickly understand what is normal.

Regular rhythm and traceability

Important information must be made available at a stable and predictable rhythm. The aim is not to overwhelm, but to publish regularly and be able to explain. Simple traceability, maintained over time, gives all co-owners peace of mind and allows the community to move forward with confidence.
