Synila is a software suite designed for co-ownership and real estate in Luxembourg. It is designed to bring together accounting, documents, exchanges and incident tracking — within the Luxembourg co-ownership framework (law of 16 May 1975, suitable chart of accounts, separate works fund). The general meeting module is under development and is not yet available.
Six spaces are presented: the professional manager, the small self-managed co-ownership, the property administrator, the co-owner and the technical provider — together with the office buildings space, which is under development. Your data is hosted in Luxembourg, at the Technopolis data centre in Cessange, operated by NETsite.lu SARL, with access-rights management by profile and access logging.
