Responsibility for the compliance of the convening notices and of the decisions remains that of the manager. And your data is hosted in Luxembourg, at the Technopolis data centre in Cessange, operated by NETsite.lu SARL, with access-rights management by profile and access logging.

Synila provides for the import of the data of an existing mandate — ownership shares, general ledger, calls for funds, identities — to resume management without starting from scratch. The scope actually taken over depends on the formats available and is subject to a prior review.
