Synila™ – Immeubles de bureaux
Synila is preparing an environment for the administrative and technical management of office buildings.
Synila is a separate software solution, currently presented on the Petzerhiel website during its development phase.
The solution is intended to distinguish between owners, occupants, tenants, site managers, service providers, equipment, contracts, incidents, interventions, decisions and documents. In a commercial building, a single request may involve several levels of responsibility : Synila must retain the origin of the report, its assignment, the exchanges, the documents and the decision taken.
Functions under development
The functions intended for office buildings are being developed progressively : register of units and occupants, directory of authorised contacts, inventory of equipment, maintenance contracts, inspection schedule, reporting by QR code, incident tracking, quotation requests, history of interventions, technical documents, targeted information for occupants, dashboards by building, consumption monitoring according to available data, separation of access by role. Their presentation does not constitute a commitment to an availability date.
