Client area
Owner-occupiers
Clear access to decisions, requests and useful documents, so you can keep track of day-to-day matters without losing the thread. The essential information stays easy to find, and ongoing items are readable without jargon. The aim is to make life in the building easier and to reduce friction, while keeping communication simple and structured.
Landlord co-owners
A concise, workable overview, so you can follow the co-ownership without being on site. The documents made available in the client portal are limited to the following: the minutes of general meetings, the annual statements of charges, the calls for funds and the co-ownership regulations. The period covered is indicated in the portal, for each type of document. The aim is to make this financial and documentary information accessible and dated, keep proper traceability, and make it easier to liaise with the tenant or the agency when needed.
Corporate co-owners
For companies that own office lots within a co-ownership: access to the documents, the decisions and the financial situation of their lots, with a dated history. Requests are tracked and followed through to their closure. The aim is to allow follow-up that can be used internally, without depending on informal exchanges.
Access to the client area is opened gradually, one co-ownership at a time. If yours does not have access yet, your manager will let you know when it opens.
